The Garden House

The property is a semi-detached house on a tree-lined road located within the Queen’s Park Conservation Area. The renovation aimed to create a stronger visual and physical connection to the leafy garden at the rear, while also enhancing the functionality of the space. This was achieved by remodelling and extending the ground floor, using a combination of reused materials and innovative detailing to seamlessly integrate the new construction with the original fabric, all while improving the property's energy efficiency.
