Roxwell Cavern

The Roxwell Cavern project by Gestalt Developments is an aesthetically-pleasing, high-end renovation and wraparound extension of a Victorian flat conversion, that utilises natural materials and ‘building biology’ principles to promote healthier living. When redesigning their first home, Gestalt Developments’ owner Yazen Hasi, and his wife Nooreen, had a vision to turn an awkwardly configured Victorian ground-floor conversion flat into a modern home, while taking a holistic approach to designing the space in the healthiest possible way. Yazen, who has worked in architecture for 10+ years, and Nooreen, who works in the health industry, combined their passions to create this truly unique home in the heart of Zone 2 in London.
