Newton Park Place by ROAR is a sustainable & natural material led extension to a Grade II Listed Victorian property in Chislehurst, South East London. Rather than imitate the traditional architecture of the gardener’s cottage, ROAR designed and delivered a beautiful and bold contemporary extension for homeowner Kelly Johnson, who was looking for a 'minimal retreat' for her and her family - having found ROAR’s work through Don’t Move, Improve! The works add 30sqm to the property including new dining and living spaces, a sunken wine cellar, solar panels, wildflower roof and greater connection between the house and garden.
