Clacton Rd

The young family at Clacton Road had started to grow out of their home, but were reluctant to move and instead looked to improve their existing property with a modest budget.

Working with James Dale Architects the brief was to extend the home to allow for more living space, an area to socialise together in, creating a better connection to the garden and bring more light into the house.

Due to the modest budget the project was an ongoing exercise, reviewing materials, construction methods and finishes to ensure the best project was delivered for the price.
