Ashbourne Grove

Ashbourne Grove is a ground floor dwelling-flat located on a corner plot in East Dulwich, to which we added a single storey rear and side extension, accommodating a new independent entrance, a third bedroom, additional ensuite shower room and an open plan kitchen-dining-living space. The client’s brief was to modernise the dwelling-flat in it’s entirety and review the existing layout with regard to the living accommodation and it’s relationship with external space. Stylistically, the drivers were to create a refined, light, bright and calming contemporary home.
