A Penthouse for Two Cats

The existing grey-brick three-storey home of our client and his two house-bound cats, built ~2012 was already superb. Superb except that it had no garden, no greenery, no outdoor space for the cats, no view of the sky to live or work from. This city centre project, designed and built by our teams, added a rooftop extension and two roof terraces. The client now has a beautiful sunlit, sky-viewing desk to work from home, a garden for cats and BBQs, all nestled amidst a tropical landscape to weather the covid storm. The cats now live the high life.
